BluCare supported Living is customized to meet the specific needs of the individuals we assist. Our staff promotes self-sufficiency, enhances overall well-being, and improves the quality of life for our clients. Our Outreach support services may include:
- Assisting individuals with personal hygiene
- Helping individuals with utilizing public transportation
- Assisting individuals in attending colleges, social gatherings, and clubs
- Enhancing cooking and household management abilities
- Managing payment of bills and financial tasks

BluCare holds the belief that individuals receiving our services can lead a fulfilling life with the appropriate support. While some individuals may require assistance with most daily tasks, many individuals with learning disabilities can live independently with minimal support through an empowering or coaching approach.
BluCare is of the opinion that positive changes can take place by establishing a person-centered relationship between the service user and their support staff member.
